2. I live in Ga. Just saw this on the Daily show (as a sponsored ad!)
Saw it on several other shows as well. I wonder how many markets they are running in? I heard it was only a $32,000 buy.

3. Finally!!! I've been waiting years....
for them to take him on. Zell Miller is the reason the Georgia Democrats got creamed in 2002. He undermined the whole party down there with his radical right-wing message. People who knew him trusted him. They didn't yet realize just how much he had changed.

I don't care what he did as governor. As a Senator, Zell Miller is a miserable failure.

Steve

6. "Remember what Zell Miller was and forgive him for what he has
become", now the was part is okay but the forgive part is a little bit much unless he has Alzheimer's disease.

7. News in Brief
Posted on Thu, Apr. 29, 2004

... Zell Miller, Georgia's maverick Democratic senator, said yesterday on the Senate floor that the nation ought to return to having senators appointed by legislatures rather than elected by voters...

Keyes is also singing this song. I'm beginning to see a Republican theme.

8. this idea is part of 'the original constitution' thus 'true to the framers
the idea that senators not be elected by the citizens but by the state legislatures originally and today reveals a deep fear of real democracy

just like the stuff in the constitution about the state legislatures being able to override the citizens and choose the state's presidential electors....all that stuff we 'discovered' is in the constitution........

FEAR OF THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE
