I think Al Franken will be on NBC's Late Nite with Conan O'Brien in a few minutes.

3. It's gonna be a love fest
The audience is definitely anti-bush. Conan's monologue mentioned the comparison to Winston Churchill (from Juliani's speech) and the audience booed mightily.

8. Conan's joke - the Brits are upset because Guiliani compared
Bush to Winston Churchill (boo-oooo from the audience) Of course, President Bush was upset too, because he didn't know who Winston Churchill is.

Conan's opening monologue, "Republican convention in town..." Boo's from the audience. :D Then he said, "Don't vote here, vote in November where it counts!"
