Shouldn't we present this little-mentioned fact about Vietnam?

That, while it was in its heyday, the people who were being called up to serve were unable to have a say about a politician?

The younger generation do not realize that during the Vietnam war, for the most part, 18, 19, and 20 year olds were unable to vote, and yet they were being sent off to the war.

1. Thanks for mentioning that.

The right to vote for 18 year old's came in 1971. By then the worst of it (the dying) had already happened. It was a travesty. None of the kids in WWII had a say in who their leader was.
