cheney's speech? I told her I really couldn't stomach watching any of the RNC. She was so upset at the lies that he was telling that she told me that she had been yelling at the tv.... :-)


She started her Senior year on Monday of this week and has a U.S. Government class. She took notes of the speech and brought it up for current events. Her teacher a staunch Dem himself... has to be careful to not be biased..... was beaming a big grin as she pointed out to the class several mis-truths..on Veterans, Education and the Economy. Now she wants to start a Political Current Events club in her school... so she and others would have a place to discuss issues more in depth with her peers. :-)
