George H. W. Bush just told a very weird story on FOX's Hannity and WhatsHisName:

Defending the kind of hardball campaign tactics used by his son, he said it was like a Christian buried up to his neck in the Colosseum and surrounded by hungry lions trying to tear him apart. The helpless Christian cranes his neck, reaches up with his mouth to bite the lion in the balls -- "private parts", as he properly put it -- and a Centurion comes over and whacks him in the teeth with his spear, saying "That's not fighting fair." This, says the former president, was how the Democrats whine and complain.

These Bushies are something else.

You might...MIGHT...have a point if millions of taxpayer dollars had been spent in an organized effort to dig up dirt on your son. However, your son handed all this to us on a silver platter and it's getting out there DESPITE the best efforts of the media to bury it. So go suck an egg.

That said, I would say that the buried person would be John Kerry. Since any sort of attack on His Imperial Majesty George the Grotesque is "Bushbashing," the metaphor of the buried person, unable to fight back, is more appropriate.
