Lou Dobbs Poll: 99% to 1% Can you guess the topic?

The poll question was something like "Does Congress represent the interests of the middle class?" The resut: 99% said "no."

Wow. This looks like the only thing that can unite our country in the face of all the divisive issues and political manipulation.

5. ignorance remains the dominant political force..

Those who voted for Bush in 2000 believe the Republican lie that Congress is still controlled by Democrats, and those who voted for Gore know that Congress is controlled by Republicans. Only the Republican members of Congress and their campaign contributers could possibly believe they represent the interests of the middle class. To this elite group..only the top 1% is middle class, and everyone else is just trash.

If Kerry can link Republicans to this iron-fisted Congress, that would mean a national landslide for Democrats.

I just LOVE it when journalists get real. Now that is the first REAL political question I have heard posed on a corporate media network in a long time. Dobbs must be getting good ratings for him to weather the shitstorm CNN must be getting from CorpGovMedia about his show.

4. Oh, you're funny! :)

I could support legalization if we have afterschool programs for every single child in this country that needs them AND if parents are able to be home enough to properly parent their kids instead of working too many hours. No drug is good for children and teenagers.
