Best seller lists-I notice that the Unfit to command book has a

40 percent discount on the price. That, folks, is only a little over cost, which shows you they're trying to dump the stock.

4. The footnote for the dagger is still there, but no book has the dagger.

The footnote says it is based on bulk orders 'reported' by bookstores. So: no report, no dagger.

Some DO have the asterisk, however, which indicates that the sales of that book are very close ('barely distinguishable') to the book ahead of it on the list.
