For Cheney to be certain elect Kerry=terror attack, Cheney must control

Terrorists?

Or am I missing something here?

The same military, intel, police folks would still be in place after a Kerry election, so how does he know that terrorists would attempt to pull off an attack that they would not attempt to pull off if Bush is in office? He must control the terrorists.

Or is he saying Kerry controls the terrorists and will let them attack if elected because Kerry hates our way of life?

Or is he saying that Kerry controls the terrorists and will know better than to attack if we elect Bush?

Cheney, of course, DOES KNOW that this will indeed occur. Someone should ask him how he knows this. hmmm???

So.......Cheney must know that nothing will happen between now and then. But......how does he know that????
