1. I do not believe there is any record of him doing so

I also recall that the policies for the physicals changed shortly before he skipped his required annual physicial, in that the physicals began to include testing for illegal drug use.

of his teeth taking two physicals in Alabama but thats what you get from eating too much pecan pie.

3. nah... that is just his living large off of the government

he was too cheap to go to the dentist on his own... so while he wouldn't show up for guard drills... he DID cash in (so to speak) on his entitlement of free dental visits...
