OMG! ABC just showed a reporter killed onTV!
Arab reporter. On camera covering burning Bradley vehicle in Iraq. Helicoptors. Some kind of explosion. Blood.

US said they had to destroy vehicle to prevent looting and "protect the Iraqi people."

tell the american public just what a debacle iraq is and point out all the facts that are taking place and that our media does not tell us. i think people would be shocked to hear the truth
i realize it looks like a lost cause because of bush but we need a grown up (as howard dean says) to give us some hope that we are at least going to try to change this for the better.

from al-arabi? i heard the story (was in the kitchen at the time), but guessed the reporter got killed when they started describing the crowd around the bradley after they mentioned helicopters being flown in to destroy it.

How does a REPORTER constitute a threat? It sounds like the vehicle was already in flames and ruined, I doubt the Iraqis could take it apart, study it, and build another.
