6. exactly... beheadings are favored by our "friends" the Saudis, but

just because Hussein may have favored a bullet to the head for its expediency, doesn't make them any less dead.

11. My point is...

the fact that the cons' argument that the war on Iraq was/is justified because Saddam was a brutal dictator is completely ridiculous. I was only reflecting that Saddam's evil is now equally being carried out by the puppet dictator that we installed.

Americans get too pious, as far as I know we are the only country to legalize murder via the electric chair, which has been acknowledged by experts to be one of the slowest and most cruel and horrific ways to inflict death.

The issue can not be the means of killing, but the basic fact that they are doing so-- specifically to terrorize.
