The President hit the corrupt officials from all over the globe right where they live. He asked for action on Sudan and support for a global democracy fund.

You could hear a pin drop. It's these scoundrels worst nightmare.

I feel as if we are in a time of history where men chosen by Providence took their place and beat back evil. This speech was a shining light of truth, and the right perspective. Let all nations rally to the city on the hill.

''Bush's remarks drew applause only once - at the end of his speech.''

Who expected anything different from a bunch of dictators, thugs and theives? Craphole little countries with murderers as leaders whose main concern is enriching themselves.

GET US OUT OF THE 'USELESS NATIONS!'

A speech of truth, vision and compassion. You can't expect a group of second-rate thugs and power-hungry arrogant fools to appreciate it. How fortunate we are to have such a man as OUR President.

'W' hit another homerun at the UN this morning!

Never mind that he was addressing a room full of dead-heads, his words will be heard around the world today, tomorrow and for ever..

Liberty and Freedom will prevail..

God bless our fighting men and women, and God bless President Bush

President Bush makes Kofi Annan look like a small time pimp gangster ruling over a bunch of low class ho's.

Reply 17 - Posted by: GOPJihad, 9/21/2004 12:14:06 PM

The President went to this den of thieves and thugs and put it right in their face.

A tremendous speech.

Reply 19 - Posted by: Tulsa, 9/21/2004 12:19:11 PM

Oh that President Bush would call to shut it down. The entire Country would back him and he knows it.

set up a new 'accountable' group to setup and/or oversee elections. set up a new 'accountable' group to administer aid.

...set up a fast acting military group (underway already) to go in and squash genocide.

stop with the dancing and votes for our enemies and get the job done. stop with the possibility of the un ever righting itself to do these things.

Put your foot down, Mr. President and reorganize the few worthy portions. You're the only one that can do it. People are dying and the un is useless.

America is witnessing greatness in our beloved president W. Savor each moment.

The UN delegates must have had to change their Depends after Dubya's speech. The restrooms were no doubt full and stinky.

I hope he does as well during the debates.
The second poster has it right. The highest power intervened in 2000 and will deliver us from evil in November.
United we stand...

11. That's NOT GOD. . . .
. . .they're talking about. I suspect the 'god' they are under the sway of is from the dark side. As the Gospel says:"by their fruits you will know them". This means, not what they SAY but what they DO, or the results of their actions. Off hand, I would say the fruit produced by Bush and his legions is the kind that should be in the dumpster. Just as a 'fer instance' compare the convention speeches of Barak Obama and Zell Miller, and the VERY LONG list goes on from there. I rest my case.

12. "...shadow of death" line used again at U.N.
Bush keeps using that stupid line and it annoys me. The only reason why we live in the shadow of death is because Bush has brought it to the point where everyone is scared for their lives...

15. Guess they missed this quote from bu$h's speech...
"The American people respect the idealism that gave life to this organization. And we respect the men and women of the U.N., who stand for peace and human rights in every part of the world. "

It was in his opening remarks, so they must have tuned in late or something.

16. No they just no he's lying, so they don't take it seriously...
they know he doesn't have anything close to respect for the UN, so they just tolerate it knowing he has to say that stuff, even though he "doesn't mean it"
