DeLay on defense over Texas, House probes
http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/national/apwashington_story.asp?category=1153&slug=DeLay%20Investigations

SNIP..."DeLay, the second-ranking House member, also dismissed as frivolous a complaint filed with the House ethics committee that alleges he abused his office for political purposes. The investigations are attempts to affect this fall's elections, he said.

"This investigation isn't about me," DeLay told reporters, referring to the indictment. "I haven't been asked to testify. I haven't been asked to provide any records. I haven't been asked to come as a witness, and that's about all I know.

"This is 40 days, 41 days before the election. You do the political math."..."

Go sign the DFA petition and keep him on the defense.

1. And while you are at it, support Richard Morrison to defeat DeLay.

3. How about this one featuring DeLay and the crook that used to run KG&E
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/06/06/politics/main557368.shtml

This is the utility that serves most of Kansas. Ex CEO Wittig has already been convicted of bank fraud, his Federal trial for trying to loot Westar hasn't come up yet.

If anyone's interested then do a Google on David Wittig/KG&E and you'll see just what kind of circles DeLay runs in. Who knows...maybe he'll drop a dime on DeLay in the Federal trial.
