I'm embarassed, both as a Christian and as a lawyer, that the idiot from the CDL actually tried to make the argument (and stated that the basis for their lawsuit is) that Jesus Christ is being discriminated against if they can't put the Big Ten in the Courthouse. Talk about frivolous.

19. Here's a thought: Judge Roy is a political opportunist
Far more interested in using this issue to promote his political ambitions than in promoting Christianity. I think this is all a calculated political strategy on Judge Roy Bean's part, and has been ever since he was a Circuit Court judge.
