I just got this message from a friend of mine, a nurse, stationed in Iraq.

on edit: She also said you can send letters for free. And they welcome get well cards & pictures from children. She said "anything you send will be appreciated by someone."

stationed in Kuwait has said about the same. They use them to clean just about everything.

I hate this war but anything to make it easier on those stuck there is OK by me.

Gee, you'd think ol' bush-wipe would supply them all the essentials.

He sure ain't giving the troops any gold, ya'd think he'd be giving something that is much more essential to their needs, like simple baby wipes.

If ya send any wipes over, make sure ya leave a small note, eh?

Most have no water, no electric, have survived another miserably hot summer, now have suicide bombers, are occupied by another country thats leader is a joke to the whole world (including 50% of his own country), who claims he put those troops there for their "freedom." It's always about "freedom" to this idiot. The more he talks about it, the less we have, and the more the world hates this man.

This man has never succeeded with anything in his life, but yet he feels he has not made any mistakes as pResident and no one in his staff is ever wrong nor needs to apologize to anyone. We knew he was greedy, we knew he was a liar, we knew he would make a mess of it all, we knew he would win the last election no matter what. Are we now surprised at his arrogance and absolute inability to handle the power he has. He can use it to be a bully, which I think he thrives on. He needs to be brought down a peg or two and instead of making all these prefabbed speeches with picked audiences and picked audience members with questions given to them by his campaign. This man is not listening to any of us . . . not even the fools that will vote for him.

I strongly suggest that anyone who is thinking of voting for the reelection of GWB, and if he is reelected you can turn around and kiss your arse goodbye.

An arrogant man reelected that does not have to answer to anyone for his actions. Has no conscience, no compassion for those in need, total control of a huge military and the most powerful weapons in the world. Wants his legacy to be larger than his fathers out of pure family competition. Makes his own laws and rules for he and his friends but the rest of us have to follow the rule of law that is written. God help us all.
