And I can't tolerate anyone else saying, "Well, they chose to join the military," as if joining up means they can treat you any piss poor way they want to - it was your choice. BAH! There are two reasons for this:

1. If I am threatened physically and feel like I am in danger, they are going to do a face-to-face with Jesus, and

2. If I happen to be carrying something innocuous (an umbrella? a roll of quarters?) and they try to get me on trumped up charges of having a concealed weapon, the permit might get me out of it.
