2. No, not exactly....
He's hardly a cosmopolitan traveler, but he has been out of the country, three times, as I recall. Once, to the sheep farm of distant relatives in Scotland for a few weeks when he was twelve or thirteen.

Once, to China, when his father was Nixon's newly-created chief of mission there. Some have rumored that that trip lasted only a few days, and his behavior prompted the Chinese government to ask his father to send him home.

The last one I know of, he visited Sharon in Israel after Sharon fell out of favor, around 1992 or 1993. Sharon gave him a helicopter tour of Israel while Bush stayed at Sharon's ranch.

All I know of, but I don't think "none" is the correct answer.

4. Well, I was going to also mention...
... Mexico, but when you live in Texas, visiting bars and whorehouses in Nuevo Laredo or Juarez doesn't exactly qualify as "foreign travel." :P

6. Don't forget
about his now famous trip to London to meet the Royal Family. First, he comes to dinner with cowboy boots with "GOD SAVE THE QUEEN" very visibly written on them. He then says this to the Queen: "I'm the black sheep in my family. Does your family have any black sheep?"
He is an embarrassment.
