Site is run by Dick ("Toe-sucker") Morris, and it is ALWAYS weighted to the right. A couple years ago here on DU, someone provided proof of how vote numbers were being manipulated on that site -- screen shots showing how a high pro-liberal vote total on some question was mysteriously REDUCED to a much lower number within a short period of time -- resulting, of course, in an apparent rightwing "win".

I highly recommend NOT bothering with that site.
