6. It's in how the DCForum software parses posts that contain ...

... single quote marks ("'") or apostrophes. It places a backslash ("\") in front as a parsing escape character. That screws up the URL. By inserting the HTML-equivalent hexcode of %27 in lieu of the apostrophe, I circumvent the parsing anomaly. (Using the 'link' pseudo-HTML is cosmetic.)

7. Works! Good, but they left out Reagan media fairness rule toss.

It keeps with the Republican theme of unfairness and explains how some of that infamy remains to this day.

It really gets to the main reasons why Ronald Reagan was a demagogue and a terrible leader who catered to the rich and screwed the middle class and the poor.
