Judy....Judy....Judy

I wrote Judy Woodruff, "thanking" her for interviewing George Soros. In case you missed it, she grilled him about WHY he was spending so much money to defeat *, and what he thought about a "friend" who "worried about" how George Soros might be taken as a radical who supported the democratic party.. Was he worried that it would make the democratic party "look bad"....

I then asked her to please let us know when she was going to "interview" Richard Mellon-Scaife, who has spent most of his adult life, and tons of personal wealth, trashing every Democrat he can find...

and when she would be interviewing Rev(cough) Moon, to ask him why he continues to publish the Washington Times, as a propaganda sheet for the republicans, even though his circulation figures are miniscule, and the paper has operated at a loss since the first blob of ink touched paper...

and when she would interview Rush, Sean, Bill, Neal, Laura, Blanquita, G.Gordon, Oliver, and the others...so she could ask THEM why they spend so much of the public airtime so OBVIOUSLY lying about and just trashin in general, every Democrat they can think of...

and when she would interview Rupert Murdoch, and ask him why an AUSTRALIAN would feel the need to come to America, buy every media outlet he could (also in the UK, and now China) for the sole purpose of destroying every Democrat he could, while boosting the escapades of republicans here there and everywhere..

And you make a good point about Sorros and Richard Mellon Scaife. All during the 8 years of the Clinton presidency, we democrats were unheard when we complained about Scaife funding the right wing fraction of the republican party. And here we have Sorros that only came into the scene about 6 months ago because he feels strongly to get Bush out of office for the damage he has caused. The conservatives cries were heard pronto by the media. Why weren't they anxious to interview Scaife?

Would love to see those two sitting next to each other getting grilled by a real journalist.

This should be hammered into the media...their choice of "cash cows" to interview. You are sooooooooooo right. I have never, ever seen those Repukeophiles interviewed, scrutinized the way they take on the liberal backers.

I love the suggestion to interview Scaife. He'll never agree to that, but it makes a great point!

Good letter, and I know she's a favorite whipping girl round here, but you know what I find most troubling? She probably votes Democrat. She's typical of liberal journalists--so vain about proving their objectivity that they overlook the bare, naked truth of things.

A totally blank look on her face: Who's Richard Mellon Scaife? And Rev. Moon? What do they have to do with that traitor to his class George Soros? I don't get what he's talking about at all. Oh well, I won't worry about that now. I'll think about it tomorrow. After all, tomorrow is another day.

on my lap, landed on the floor during this afternoon's show. I don't know what happened to Judy, but it was obviously something drastic! I'm quite sure she needed to have her computer chip reprogrammed....

SHE ACTUALLY CHALLENGED SAXBY CHAMBLISS ONE TIME DURING HER INTERVIEW WITH HIM!

I'm sure she will need to spend MONTHS in therapy.
