Marriage amendment debate in the house now
Human rights campaign says the house expects to vote on it today. Not much risk since it's already failed the senate, but if anyone wants to see any moronic republicans talking about box turtles and otherwise embarassing themselves there might be some entertainment value in it.

Some moron from Maryland is up about how the US is a "christian nation" and used the brain dead "god made adam and eve not adam and steve" line.

2. I love that line....
I was taught that God made everything....Adam, Eve, and Steve.

What about all those people named Steve out there? If God didn't make them, where did they come from?
