Liberal viewers wont admitt it. I was just on the MSNBC poll and it was 76% Edwards the Aol poll was about 60% Edwards.

because Cheney did appear as a human at certain points, like when Edwards was complimenting him about his love for his lesbian daughter, and Cheney pretty much said he disagreed with Bush's policy, but he serves the prez...

which also means Cheney was admitting that Bush is using his base's hatred against gays, JUST LIKE that base HATED BLACKS in the civil rights era, in order to get votes.

So, yeah, Cheney has way more class than Bush in that regard...so I would say Cheney beat Bush in the debate.

Of course, the country also knows that Cheney is the real prez, because Bush is simply a face to hide the brains that really run the show while Bush is off in a flight suit with a cod piece.

I'm listening to the Republican spinmeister now on c-span and he, on the other hand, is full of shit.

Cheney, however, is simply wrong, imo, about how to deal with things. And he's a crook.

But he does have gravitas.

Unfortunately, that gravitas has not made the world a safer place, and in fact has divided the western world rather than united it in a fight against terror.
