What's up with electoral-vote.com?
Edited on Thu Oct-07-04 09:04 AM by AverageJoe
I think somebody's hacked the http://www.electoral-vote.com site. This morning, the projected final map was completely blue and each state prediction was Kerry 98% Bush 0%. Now the map is gone completely.

Hmmm. Any DUrs giggling uncontrollably right now? :-)

On Edit: Okay, they fixed the map, but the final electoral vote count, right now, is all for Kerry. I suspect that will soon change. Ah, what a nice vision, though.

1. Looks normal to me
Kerry 253, Bush 264, and New Hampshire (4) and Michigan (17) tied.

5. What I Want to Know Is . . .

. . . why Florida is still red, and why none of the Zogby results showed up in his calculations. Presumably it's because M/D, Survey USA, and StrategicDerision (who are due to come out with polls showing * leading in every state but CA, IL, and NY any day now) rushed to put out more recent polls to counter Zogby. Sigh. His model is so silly sometimes.

6. Florida is red because the governor is a shrub . . .
with Jebbie calling the shots (and controlling the voting machines), I don't think Kerry has much of a chance in Florida . . . but if you look at the latest breakdown on this site, all Kerry needs to do is carry Michigan (currently a tossup) to win the election . . . that's assuming, of course, that they don't do in Ohio what they'll undoubtedly do in Florida . . .

7. Check the dates.
Run the cursor over each of the Zogby states and they all say either October 4 or 5. Zogby just came out yesterday, the 6th. What gives, I wonder?
