So tis freeper is talking to my brother and I at my grandmother's wake
And she's talking about how no one in Massachusetts likes John Kerry, NO-ONE but they have to vote for him because they're liberals. Then she goes on to say that she was listening to Hannity and he said that the liberals are trying to say that republicans are going to keep people from voting. She says, laughing, "I wish we COULD keep people from voting. Go Home! You can't vote. ha ha ha ha."

I just turned and walked away - not at my grandmothers wake, damnit!

7. If no one in Mass likes Kerry, I wonder why I saw a dozen cars
with Kerry/Edwards stickers in the parking lot of the place I went for lunch, and only one W sticker (on a POS pick-up that looked like it was going to collapse under the weight of its own rust).

There's a reason Kerry has been re-elected time and again for his Senate seat, and it's not because Mass. residents dislike him.

8. Utterly disrespectful to bring this stuff up at a wake
and had I been there , I would of invited this person
outside , and that I would like to respect the family
at this time .

I wish I could of been there to say this to him...

Freepers usually fear it when I say something to them
a man would say Like .. "let's take this outside"

people don't know how to respond to a woman saying
that w/o fear to a man .

Once outside I wouldn't of taken sides but just explained
that this is nor the time or the place for a political
discussion . I would of made the freep pinky promise
to drop it . Or we could take a walk and debate somewhere
else .

22. She was boasting that she is the only person who owns a Prius with a W
sticker. She said she wanted to put on a Cape Cod sticker on it to rub it in when she goes to her house there. Just a plain ass, imo

23. you're welcome...i cornered a freeperette like this not long ago
i told her that a much as she prided herself on being an "independent thinker," she was really just a mental lightweight parroting-rush dittohead. this intrigued her...because she *really* thought she was very clever :D when i was done with her, she was promising to check a few sites i recommended, including this one.
it helped that she was much younger than me, but i think a lot of young wingnuts, in particular, feel they're really cool, independent thinkers, unlike run-of-the-mill liberals. if you can work on that...you might have some success.
