could a truce end media bias?
it is obvious that both the left and right think the media allows too much opinion to enter their "journalism."

when you look at how much DU and FR have influenced the media this election... i think if after the election, regardless of who wins, both sides of the internet join together to battle media bias, we could pretty much bring down the corperate media.

1. The right wing embraces corporate bias though
They have no interest in objectivity being part of the big money machine.

2. objectivity doesn't serve them- an objective
look at their platforms reveals them for the soul-sucking corporatists they are.

3. The right paid good money for their bias
And they won't give it up without a fight.

As long as they keep spinning out their twisted logic, inuendo, distortions and outright lies, freepers will never trust us. It's gotten to the point where they don't recognize the truth when it is presented with 3 forms of verification.

Part of the mission of the media bias is to keep people so confused and scared that they follow blindly. Almost a kind of Stockholm Syndrome - people are terrified and bond to their captors - the media who is making them terrified.

Shining bright lights on the truth, over and over again, is the way to combat the media. More and more people are waking up, gathering the courage to go beynond the sound bytes. And when they do, they are getting pissed at having been manipulated and deceived. At least the people I have been able to wake up are.

When enough people are awake and pissed, that's when we can bring down the corporate media.

4. The only thing that will curtail media bias is re-regulation
along with a strong threat of either huge fines or losing their licenses.
