When Bush* talks about keeping the terrorists busy

over there. Has anyone considered that the insurgents have also diverted critical resources from the units charged with hunting down AQ? This works both ways, and there are rapidly becoming more insurgents/miltants than troops.

Al Sadr will turn in their old weapons, and new weapons will flow in to replace them. Why? Because the world is awash with weapons.
