Shrub just admitted Kerry is not a flip flopper

Kerry is "out of mainstream" with certain of his votes (e.g. voting against the law banning partial birth abortion). Since Kerry doesn't back down when it comes to casting unpopular votes, he cannot also be a flip flopper who changes his principles to suit political ends.

Bush is inconsistant.
