Outrageous Piece at CSM re: Clarence Thomas

snips

He thinks affirmative action presumes that black Americans can't compete with whites unless their college admissions applications are adjusted

Thomas has voted against forcing schools to integrate because he sees an assumption that black kids can't learn unless they sit next to whites, or that any school that is all black must be all bad.

1. Slappy hates himself
And worries that he isn't qualified for his present position. He's right, of course, but his anxiety manifests itself in an obsession with finding other black men and women whom he deems to have risen above their station.

2. it'll take thomas '43 years' to get even
in 'strange justice' on the last page, authors abramson and maher recount the story that when reporters were asking thomas if he'd temper his judgements or evolve more towards the centre, having grown up poor and black, thomas replied that he wasn't 'evolving' and would never retire as it would take 43 years, his age at the time of his confirmation, to get even with america......when thomas watches the bush debates, imagine the pleasure that sick pervert gets (it was thomas' vote that killed recount etc and gave presidency to bush)
The United States is a stupid country, if that's possible.....
