4. just don't let Chuck get wind of it...

when it comes to contracts, legalities and the like, Chuck Berry is like a shark when it comes to protecting his intellectual property... aka--suing your butt off your body.

Might be nice to add the copyright and publishing info at the end of your posting.

7. i know

I had a show running in NYC this summer. about 50% of it was my lyric parodies, everything from rock to show tunes. i know it's legal in a cabaret setting as they have agreements with ASCAP/BMI

now... if it was running in a theatre... that would be different.
