Billions on defense and can't even protect us against the flu?
How will they ever protect us from any type of biological or Chemical attack from them pesky terrorists?

1918 a flu epidemic swept across the world, killing more than 20 million people — more than had been killed in the First World War. In 1968 a pandemic killed more than 800,000 and in 1989 flu was responsible for an extra 29,000 deaths in two months.
