8. Will gas prices ever go down again? I'm thinking No.
This is *'s gift to his oil cronies.

2. Very damming to * as well.
Says Sadam wanted to shift to the Euro standard so we invaded to keep a plentiful Oil Supply.

I think his 40 year estimate at current rate is accurate.

Not much talk of Hydrogen.

5. Savinar says Hydrogen is no solution or substitute for Oil.
It's what you call an "energy carrier" rather than an "energy source". Basically, you still need to expend something in order to effectively produce Hydrogen. For us, that still means using fossil fuels like coal or natural gas, which like oil, will also soon be in short supply.

Of course, there's always Solar Power and Wind, but Savinar says those are still years from being mainstream energy solutions, and we don't have much oil left to fill the gap.

In a nutshell, barring a series of major miracles, it's going to be a very bumpy ride.

3. War with China?
D'OH! Is anyone paying attention?

The Bush Oil Wars are all about oil as World Supremacy.

Does anyone NOT get this?

ramifications of the importance of oil on the world economy.
