Moveon.org ad campaign.......
Moveon.org has almost raised 1 million dollars for its defend democracy in texas campaign. In mid July they had a good campaign going with "MisLeader" ads. Why is moveon.org trying to fight this Texas redistricting now when they could be running MisLeader ads everywhere with 1 million dollars? If enough of these ads ran, persistently, people would really start to demand an investigation into the Iraqi intelligience. Is it just me or is moveon.org chasing the wrong issue?

1. I think that the Texas story
Shines the light on more rattlers myself, and all the way to Homeland Security.

I understand why they did it, the mainstream media has picked up the lies angle. How effective is it? How well is Franken's book selling this week?

2. The Texas story is vital. An email from Texas.
I just got a couple of emails from someone at their website. One of them is so inspiring.

I had ended my mail with it's too late for Florida and Texas Dems, What Democracy Looks Like (a borrowed phrase.)

Here is part of what he wrote:

..."Thanks for the support -- and it's not too late for Florida.

If I may quote Walt Whitman:
"When liberty goes out of a place it is not the first to go, nor the
second or third to go,
It waits for all the rest to go, it is the last.

"When there are no more memories of heroes and martyrs,
And when all life and all the souls of men and women are discharged
from any part of the earth,
Then only shall liberty or the idea of liberty be discharged from
that part of the earth,
And the infidel come into full possession."

Keep on fighting! It ain't over til they've killed every last one of us!

4. The ad campaign should be:

A national blitz showing the CNN footage of Rumsfeld with Saddam. Show him smiling and shaking that SOB's hand. :grr:

Saddam, that is.

5. Lose 5 seats in the House VS. run Misleader ads
The Misleader ads were very effective and now it is time to "move on" to stopping yet another ridiculous powergrab.
