GETTYSBURG, Pa. - Former Democratic presidential candidate and Vermont Governor Howard Dean will speak at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 27, in the Ballroom of the Gettysburg College Union Building. Dean's talk, the 2004 Blavatt Lecture, is open to the public free of charge. Tickets are not required for this talk. Doors will open at 7 p.m., and the event is first-come, first-seated.
