Are Democrats putting people at polls to CHALLENGE voters?
The Republicans are doing that, but I thought that the Democrats at the polls were there to help GOTV.

This morning on Democracy Now! headlines, Amy Goodman reported that 'the major parties have announced plans to send thousands of monitors to polling places with the explicit purpose of challenging the eligibility of voters.' Is this true?

1. They want to negate the issue
by saying "everyone does it, how disgusting". Typical misleading "balanced tripe that will not call out the despicable, treasonous GOP behavior out for what it is. It is just a inconsequential contest for the news people. As much as they decry the "mess" and fighting, they do nothing about pointing out the obvious.

4. DemocracyNow! rarely makes mistakes. I'll write them & point it out.
I'm shocked...they are usually 100% accurate. It's a small mistake, but I think it's worth pointing out.

2. Certainly not that I've heard of
I'm travelling to NM w/ 'election protection' to be a poll watcher in Alb. My job is to ask voters, upon their exit. if they had any trouble voting. If they did, I fill out the info, and tell them they can vote on a provisional ballot.... depending on the situation. If there is a problem I call the lawyer (they give us cell phones), the lawyer comes, ansd I continue on w/ asking other voters about problems.
