Wear out the vote alive and well in Florida

My sister has been in line for 2 hours in Cape Coral, FL. There are 200 plus people waiting, 12 polls and 3 people have voted so far. The sign in process is so lengthy and cumbersome that voters are leaving. 866-OURVOTE is on the case.
