Jon Stewart last night.."We were not incompetent, we were ignorant"

Jon says the White house is now saying they didn't know about the armament stockpile so they couldn't have been incompetent. They were just plain ignorant . I think the truth lies halfway in between. They are incompetent ignoramuses.
