I've been saying for months now that the period between tomorrow and and January could be one of the most dangerous times in our history. He's already talking about a recess appointment of a SC Judge for God's sake.

My fear is that he will deepen and complicate the Iraq quagmire to make sure that Kerry does not find any easy way out.

Once Congress comes back into session they could vote to nulify it but for now he could do this and I would not put it past him for a second.
