Kerry Should Appoint Al Gore To The Supreme Court
What fitting justice that would be. Yes.

I can imagine Gore's righteous indignation. And the best part, he can sigh all he fucking wants, baby. Everytime Clarence opens his mouth, he should sigh and tilt his head.

I say, Gore would be perfect for USSC.

9. Probably not, since
the good Mr. Gore has never been a lawyer or judge (to the best of my knowledge).

But I'd hasten to agree that there's got to be some way in which he could help this country dig herself out of the hole Bush got us into. He's got the brains and the heart.

13. You don't have to be a lawyer or judge to serve on the Supreme Court.

14. There are no qualifications
for the job of SC Justice. He just needs to be nominated and approved.

11. There is no other place that he could wield the power befitting his
station.

I think the republicans who have to appear more moderate now, will have to let him through. He's done nothing that would serve as disqualifying him.

20. He can help the environment much more by ruling from the court than
heading a bureacracy.

25. Yes, if he would accept it...
It would be a fitting position for him to karmically fix the world
he's spent his career in. I hope Mr. Gore comes on board in any
capacity. He's a great man, and we could use him.

26. It would make the pain of 2000 more than worthwhile. An opportunity to
place him in a better spot to fulfill his role.

It would certainly satisfy my soul for this to happen. I would feel like there is some protection there for us, an anchor.
