ANWR is probably on the top of the agenda
At this point they ought to simply get all of the 2 week supply of oil out of the place and be done with it already. Otherwise we will never hear the end of how it is the cause of all our energy problems.

I just feel like shit. I don't care what they do anymore, it's all horrible and there is nothing that sane people can do about it.

1. Access to courts will be high on the list
Access and settlement caps were the only health care plan the bastards had, but it will extend beyond docs and pharma. They already took a stab at making all voting rights cases a govt function.

2. It will end up costing a LOT more than they thought to drill there
They're going to lose a lot of equipment to the former-tundra/now muddy swamps. I don't think they'd originally planned on having to build roads there, but I would expect them to have to now, given the soggy condition of the far North.

Only makes it far less worthwhile to despoil the wilderness for 2 weeks of fuel.

3. Practicality clearly isn't a issue with these bastards about anything

They are adhering to some kind of a "higher purpose". I won't matter if the oil cost them $300 a barrel, the point is that nobody is going to tell them what they can or can't do.
