1) Exposing a CIA Agent
2) Pre-emptive invasion of a sovreign nation based on a lie (Iraq)
3) Allowing the deaths of 9/11 victims through negligence, pig-headedness and ignorance
4) War crimes committed against the prisoners of Abu Ghraib
5) Protecting the perpetrator of one of the biggest investments frauds in American history (Ken Lay)

I could go on with some of his fiscal miscues but I'm not sure that any one of those offenses are IMPEACHABLE.

Suffice it to say, you'll be a very, very old person if and when * is held accountable for these crimes.
