Take back the House in 2006.
If we can take back the House in 2006 we can begin investigations, possibly impeachment proceedings, against this cabal. Fifteen seats ought to do it.

2. You seem to be assuming that there will
ever again be a free election in America. I wish I had your optimism.

5. Yeah
that could happen. They gained power in the House. They gained power in the Senate. That doesn't say something?

Investigations? Impeachment proceedings? Nothing will ever happen to these people.

7. Gotta hit rock bottom
And if they could do it, so can we. Ever spoke to your average hard core rightie? They aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. Anyone who beleives in Supply Side economics after Reagan and Bush would have to be somewhat slow, donchya think?

We can win, and the House, along with every state and local post we can grab, is the place to start. Every minute they are in power, and now they have noone to blame, not even Clinton, they will alienate more and more Americans. Their greed will cause them to devour their own.

Bush now has to own up to the mess his party has made. After all, they said they wanted an "ownership society". Well, they now own a nation bitterly divided, seven trillion dollars in debt, schools in decline, tens of millions without health care, looming out of control personal bankruptcies, growing poverty... they wanted the keys to the car? Well, now they have to accept full responsiblity for the damages. Like Iraq, they broke, now they own it.

Do not give up, that is exactly what they are hoping for. Only if we are still standing can we can hold them responsible for the moral and financial shipwreck they've steered this nation towards.

6. Fuck it.
Democracy is dead in america. There are no more democrats. We have lost this war on our own land because not enough people were driven to stand.

Too bad money and power weren't our central goals...Maybe we would have faught for them.
