I just woke up and realized that the "worst case scenario"has happened.

I went to bed at 1:00AM PST with a glimmer of hope that John Kerry would contest these sketchy results and wait till all the votes will be counted, before conceding. What happened? Are'nt the exit poll numbers suspect enough? Diebold? Florida? Why is he folding and running like a wounded dog with his tail between his legs?
This is bad, real fucking bad.

... the media isn't even considering the possibility that the exit polls were accurate and the votes were miscounted... and even if they were, there's no paper trail, so what can he do?

THEY WILL CONTINUE TO COUNT THE BALLOTS, even though they've conceded. He and Kerry said they did the math(??????) and came to the conclusion there simply wouldn't be enough valid votes to put them over the top....So why are they continuing to count the votes then? Because they didn't want US to feel disenfranchised...that all our votes are "special" and should be honored.

good people back to Washington, and the repubs got seriously squished.
The message is that Hawaii will not be lied to or governed by fear and hate.
One candidate for Patsy Mink's house seat (!!!) , Mike Gabbard R-Hoophobe, only message was about gay people. Those creeps are not going to represent us.
And we pulled the state back over the line. That was something.
