given recent events, I must make serious changes in my life. that includes taking a break from DU (among other online sites) and focusing, for a time, on personal and professional issues that were sidelined by my complete obsession with the 2004 campaign. so, I'm saying goodbye to these threads for a while. how long? I have no idea. you can always get a great selection of TOONs here: http://cagle.slate.msn.com

I never miss an issue of the DU toons. SOmetimes it is the only thing to make me feel better. This truly is a sad day. Thank you for the laughs.

Most browsers have a similar feature, sometimes labelled "Save with images", meaning you want it to save not just the HTML (text), but also all of the graphics files, typically JPEG's.
