If Arafat has died, will shrub or cheney go to his funeral?

All heads of state, or at least a high ranking representative have always attended the funeral of a state leader, no matter what the country. Will either of our "leaders" attend this one?

And it's not a black and white issue. I think one of them should probably go (Cheney) but I can sort of see the other argument (Arafat was corrupt and a former terrorist, going to the funeral sends the wrong message).

5. There are ways to mitigate that

But yeah, it won't look that good. That's why I think he should go.

But Bush and Cheney--well they don't mind looking like strong allies of Israel because, after all, that's what they are.
