3. Depends

If it's a picture that's already online someplace, right-click on it and select 'copy image location' or go to 'image properties' and highlight and copy the location. Then paste into your message.

If it's on your computer, not online yet, you need to upload it someplace. www.shutterfly.com and www.photobucket.com both have free accounts to upload to, and walk you through the process. Then, same deal, copy location and paste into your message.
