FOR PEOPLE HAVING TROUBLE READING PDF FILES

In the upper left hand corner of the file, there is a "hand" and next to the hand is a box with a + sign in it. Click on the + sign then click on the text of the file. When you click the text to the size you can read, click on the hand and the text will stay enlarged.
