Ohioans can easily demand a recount!!!!!!!

All it takes is 5 people in each Ohio county to demand a recount.

"a group of five or more voters can request a recount on a question or issue. The recount process begins by filing a written application with the Board of Elections of each county in which votes are to be recounted. R.C. 3515.01. The application must be filed within five days after the results were declared. R.C. 3515.02. The application must also list each precinct within the county where votes are to be recounted, and for each precinct a $10 deposit must be paid. R.C. 3515.03."


Read that CAREFULLY... The application must be filed within five days after the results were declared.

but only candidates can request a recount for an official race.

A "question or issue" is something like "Should Cuyahoga County allow alcohol sales on Christmas Day" or some bullshit like that.

We looked into this earlier, and its a dead end.

Unfortunately, I don't live in Ohio.

Surely, we can locate five Ohio Democrats at DU this evening to do this--AND CHIP IN SOME MONEY TO REQUEST A RECOUNT OF EVERY PRECINCT IN THE STATE...at $10 a precinct we can afford it.

But there is other criminal investigation which needs to be done on this, a recount of the precincts won't necsesarily give us all we need to bust the election-fixers.

It is referring to referendums and allot measures...not the candidate races.
