It's crafty and troublesome, and no new news to people here. There's a bill in Congress now (beaten down a couple of times already) to restrict judges' ability to rule on any case which might maintain separation of church and state, for example. The sponsors just keep coming back with it, year after year.

7. I think the last time it came to a vote...

... it went down by a decent margin, the time before it was sidelined in committee. This time, for now, I think it is laying around in committee again.

Look for these on the thomas.loc.gov site: the House bill is H.R. 3799, and Senate version, S. 2082. The short title is "Constitution Restoration Act."

Doncha just love how these guys title bills the exact opposite of what the bill intends to do?

9. I don't know about the rest of you but I am concerned that what

is being espoused in these writings is happening right as we respond to each other. I'm not as I stated above 'a crack pot" and ten not to chase theories around the web. But with a few hours of detailed review of the writings on this web site I'm in the verge of buying my first gun.
