To Elizabeth Edwards - please read
I met you at a dinner in DC in Oct... you spoke and were amazing, and I am so sorry to hear you are ill and I know this must be a bad time for you. I hope and pray that you heal quickly. But we have something here that we need you to get to the right people. I have sent it to people I know in congress and the press, but if your husbands armies of lawyers would look into it I would ease my soul immensely.

Flordia ballots show huge (and I mean HUGE) numbers of DEMS supposedly voting for Bush in very Dem counties. The spreadsheet linked below has the data, and was done by someone else. But we checked it and it's true.

So, my partner spent hours crunching numbers last night and there is no doubt - they stole FL. Trust me, we are NOT the conspiracy theorist types, and even on Wed I posting here saying "take off the tin foil hat" to people who automatically assumed it was stolen.

But it was. It really was. Check here.

http://ustogether.org/Florida_Election.htm

That link shows the results compared to the registered dems and reps per county. And it shows that massive numbers of dems supposedly voted for Bush.

It's just not possible that 40 and 50% of registered dems voted for Bush, but ONLY in optical scan counties. For one thing, if it were true that they voted for Bush, why wouldn't the exit polls and endless number of pre-election polls have reflected a massive movement for Bush from Dems?

I don't know how to post a spreadsheet here, but here is a summary of how they did Florida:

Summary

-- In 13 of 15 touchscreen voting counties in Florida, Dems gained over what would be expected looking at just registration percentages –more than just Dems voted for Kerry in these counties

-- But in only 7 of 52 optical scanner voting counties (15%), Dems gained over what would be expected looking at registration percentages - this seems a little odd

-- In the touchscreen counties, the average gain was 8% over what you would expect based on Dem registration, including all 15 counties

--In the optical scanner counties, the average loss was 16.6% under what you would expect based on dem registration, including all 52 counties

-- If you apply the 8% average plus the expectations based on registration that was seen in the touchscreen counties to the optical scanner counties where we saw losses in the Dem column, it's a total of 281,143.

If you add this number to Kerry’s total, and subtract this number from Bush’s…

Method
Bush Votes
Kerry Votes

Subtotal
Touchscreen
1,845,876
1,982,210

Subtotal
Op-Scan-Precinct
1,950,213
1,445,675

Adjustment

-281,143
+281,143

Corrected Subtotal
Op-Scan-Precinct
1,668,730
1,727,158

Corrected Total
All Methods
3,514,606 - Bush
3,709,368 - Kerry

And guess what, when you correct, it matches the exit polls!

If we could get the paper ballots rescanned in Florida with machines that had been actually checked to make sure they was no fraud going on, you would see that Kerry very likely won this election.

2. I too wish Mrs. Edwards a complete and speedy recovery...one question
why didn't your husband and Senator Kerry make a huge issue about non-verifiable voting? You know the other side would have if the situation was reversed. Please pass this question on to the two senators for me. Again...praying for a speedy and complete recovery.

4. Bump...SOMEONE of influence has to respond to this evidence
problem is...most politicians look at Al Gore right now and don't want to kill their careers.

Senator Edwards, a skilled attorney with powerful friends, could fight this fight once family matters are taken care of.

6. Zell Miller Democrats
My understanding is that the people in those counties that went overwhelmingly for Bush aren't traditional Democrats. You have to look at past voting trends as well as current results.

I think something is definitely screwy with this election. Exit polling worked until 2000?? Colorado voted a bunch of Dems into office, then went Bush?

We just have to be careful with what we use as evidence because when we come to erroneous conclusions, it makes the whole case look bad.

8. Sure, it's possible
But I still think the polling would have picked up on it. But the thing is we won't know until someone at a high enough level looks into it.

Crispin, the author says in a Salon article that he went to a Kerry fundraiser specifically to warn him about the voting fraud that was brewing and it was shunted aside. I am well connected politically as well, and have talked about it with several senators and congressional reps. They also put no creedance in it for the most part.

But no one in power will really look into it. Look I was a naysayer too for far too long, but I have followed politics and polls incredibly closely and this just doesn't make sense. SOMETHING is going on, and we will never have free elections in this country until some major newspaper or someone in govt looks into this.

Just the fact that those in power put little creedance in it enables it to happen. Why shouldn't they rig the ballot box if everyone in power says "nah, that couldn't happen!" To the contrary, it just makes it more likely that someone will do it. It's the big lies that are swallowed the easiest.

9. Oh crap, Zell Miller Democrats-now that's fraud
Zell Miller is not a Democrat. And those that voted for George Bush are not either. IF they are, then baby, this is definitely not my party.

Whew!

And by the way, if the Democratic party doesn't find a way to exclude those that outright campaign against you while maintaining affiliation, (I believe it's called being a turn coat or a traitor of false or something like that) then there is no real party.

13. How to gather more proof:
Post-election polling? We were hanging on every set of new numbers that came out before the election. Right now is when we need polls. Shouldn't we contact Zogby?
