Go ask ZOGBY to conduct a massive post-election poll in battlegrounds...
Go here
http://zogby.com/dearjohn/index.cfm

and ask John Zogby to help us. He got our hopes up on election day, he owes us some peace of mind now!

A massive poll with a very low margin of error in a couple states like Florida and Ohio will help us get a better grip on this unexpected result.

After hearing about the Ohio precinct today giving Bush 4000 extra votes, and hearing an Ohio election official tell us that "everything else in Ohio is fine" even though this error was found by a private citizen online and the error wouldn't have been discovered until "canvassing" is done later in the month...
And after seeing on election day a woman on CNN tell of how her democratic picks were all flipped to republican once she arrived at the final review screen. She called a lawyer over....the machine was shut down and that's all we heard of it.

After hearing these things combined with the exit polling and pre-election polling....it's hard not to wonder if fraud didn't help elect Bush. We need to know...was it fraud or was it ignorant fear of gay marriage?

As John Zogby to help us answer that question.

4. That's outrageous to blame it on touching the screen with a palm..
If it's that easy to make the wrong pick then the buttons should be on opposite sides of the screen to make it much harder.

Bad programming by a Bush supporter.

6. Not in Ohio or Florida, but I participated today in Zogby
post election poll....very thorough. Many questions on "values" "religion" "conservative vs liberal principles" "church attendance" "which people in USA influenced your vote" "Michael Moore"....it took quite a while to finish, will be interested in seeing the results.

8. great idea! here are some other weird findings in Ohio...
parma, OH precinct 5-E
in Cuyahoga county (the county w/ the highest % of voters for Kerry)

Kerry 310
Bush 340
Badnarik 3
Peroutka 1

Voinovich 609
Fingerhut 241

total voted for president = 654
total registered voters in 5-E = 972
total ballots cast = 917

Kerry % = 47.4%
turnout = 917/972 = 94%
ballots with no vote for president = 917 - 654 = 263 (40% of total)

so 40% voted for senate, but not president??

reported results for Cuyahoga county-

Kerry, John F. Democratic 433,262 66.41%
Bush, George W. Republican 215,624 33.05%

so by taking the average % for Kerry in that county (not knowing if that precinct is avg or not) we could guess there should be about 605 votes for Kerry. Instead we have about half that!
